MEDITATION

Today, with God's Help, I understood what meditation is.

I always thought that I don't meditate. The idea of sitting and doing nothing but thinking a thought over and over or doing "visualizations" makes me feel uncomfortable. I would worry about the people who are suffering while I sat there and tried to commune with God.

And then, this morning, as I woke I suddenly understood that I have been doing meditation for years. I just didn't recognize it as such.

Every day I think the same thought, every day and all the day and night long: What can I do to make this world better? Whom can I help today? What do I need to do and know to alleviate someone's suffering.

That *is* my meditation. That is my repetitive thought.

We don't have to be sitting and meaning to meditate to meditate.

Every thought we think repetitively is a meditation. Everything we say over and over again and think over and over again and do over and over again is a meditation.

If our deeds, our words, our thoughts are Holy and loving, God's light is revealed to us whether we ask for it or not, whether we meant to meditate or not. Enlightenment is a BY-PRODUCT , not the goal of living a Holy life.

If our repetitive thoughts are dark or meaningless or selfish, by the same process, God will endarken us.

I just had a very strange experience to show me just how powerful the Jews' influence on the world is and how the entire world is formed in our image.

A secular Jew just said something very inaccurate about Jewish Law. I saw there was no point in arguing and said: Go and learn.Your ignorance is abysmal.

In Hebrew, the term abysmal ignorance is the same as saying abysmal pits.

Jews! Know Who You Are and how the world and everything in it - including the Gentiles! - is created in Your image.

If there are abysmal pits of ignorance among us - this will be the result.

Now imagine how the world will look when the Whole House of Yisrael Together learns Torah in truth and in purity and with unbounded love in our hearts.

Know that every good and beautiful thing in creation is because some Jew sometime somewhere thought a beautiful thought when She or He learned Torah. And there is was!

And know that every ugly and hateful and destructive and pernicious thing in the world is there only because a Jew thought an ugly thought and wanted something that was unclean.

Know this!

Know and accept that Your RESPONSIBILITY is enormous. Know the awesome meaning of being the Choshen People and being called YisraEl, what it is to be called by God's Name - and know You don't evade it by denying it!

עלינו לקבל את מלאו האחריות הכרוכה בהיותנו העם הנבחר הנושא את שם ה' יתברך. היהודים מיצרים את *כל העולם ומלאו*. כמו שאנחנו, כך העולם. העולם נברא ונוצר בצלמנו, אחי ואחיותי היקרים מכל. כל דבר בעולם הוא סימן של הרצון והמחשבות של היהודים - כולל הגוים.

תדעו זאת. אין טעם להכחיש. כי ההכחשה אינה משנה אמת זאת

תתארו לכם איזה דברים נפלאים היינו מיצרים אם כל בית ישראל יחד היו לומדים תורה ועושים את המצוות כדת משה ובלב מרומם ומלא אהבת חנם.

תסתכלו בעיניים פקוחות ובלב אמיץ בעולם - ותראו בדיוק במה הצלחנו - ומה עלינו לתקן בנפשנו.  הבריאה היא מפה של הנפש הכוללת של בני ישראל. דעו זאת ושיראת ה' תהיה עלינו!

חכמינו בכל הדורות ידעו זאת.

הם לא אמרו את הדברים האלה בפה מלא. קודמינו היו יותר עדינים והבינו רמזים. אז החכמים רק רמזו לכך.

אולם, בדור שלנו אין ברירה אלא להיות בוטה ולאומר את האמת ללא סיג וללא פקפוק - אנחנו, היהודים, בני ישראל, בוראים ויוצרים את העולם ומלואו כי שם ה' נקרא עלינו

ומפני שהעולם נברא ונוצר בצלם היהודים, חכמינו בכל הדורות הזהירו: שיראת ה' תהיה עלינו!

That is why the support system we are on is experienced not only as limiting, but actually inimical. We experience a government and business world that, while providing us with a support system is decidedly malevolent.

The placenta is well along in its breakdown process at the end of gestation. It is extensively calcified.

That is what we are experiencing now with the "support system" we are on. It is breaking down.

It won't be expelled until *after* the birth.

Babies also remember consciously the big event of birth itself, at least during the first years of their lives. Proof of this comes from little children just learning to talk. Usually around two or three years of age, when children are first able to speak about their experiences, some spontaneously recall what their birth was like. They tell what happened in plain language, sometimes accompanied by pantomime, pointing and sound effects. They describe water, black and red colors, the coming light, or dazzling light, and the squeezing sensations.

Does the fetus release a hormone which starts the birthing process?

Yes it does. The fetus is responsible for the initiation of parturition by triggering a cascade of complex endocrine/biochemical events that will take a little long to discuss here. However, the fetal hypothalamo-pituitary-adrenal axis is responsible for the initiation of parturition. When gestation reaches it's conclusion or termination period, the fetus approaches the inherent space of limitations of the uterine cavity. As a result, it is believed that it becomes stressed, and this stress causes the fetal anterior pituitary to release adrenal corticotropin (ACTH). ACTH stimuales the fetal adrenal cortex to produce corticoids. The elevation of fetal corticoids initiates a cascade of events that cause dramatic changes in the endocrine condition of the dam, involving two major events: 1) removal of the myometrial "progesterone block" enabling myometrial (uterine muscle) contractions to begin and 2) increased reproductive tract secretives, particularly by the cervix.

Although it is never pleasant, it is necessary for the support system (placenta) we are on to begin to degrade. This happens in conjunction with our being developed enough to be able to survive in the next world, much bigger and larger than the last, into which we are being born.

As the birth process approaches, the baby's development sends signals to the womb to begin the process of breaking down the support system. The degrading support system makes the baby feel that the need to get off that dying support system is not only desirable, but imperative.

Then the contractions begin. Pressure from all sides - increasing in intensity and frequency.

The world seems to be coming to an end. The baby is sure s/he is in terrible danger. The baby has no idea that its own advanced development is what is signalling all these upheavals to occur - so that the baby may be born.

In this world, the UN, governments and the business world are the placenta. If we understand what is happening, the shocks are no less shocks and the pressure no less pressure. But we understand that we are being born into a bigger and better world, not dying.

Does God Exist?

I always get a good chuckle from discussions that ask the oddly-formulated question: "Does God exist?", whether those considering the matter are theists, agnostics or atheists - they all miss the point entirely.

I hope this video will give a more clear perspective on the matter.

Two very important teachings upon which all Orthodox Jews agree and which are standard, mainstream normative Judaism will show that what I say in this video are not simply my ideas, but Judaism as accepted by all learned Jews. If you search these quotes, you will see that they are found throughout Jewish learning.

The first is from the Prophet Yishayahu, and so certainly no Orthodox Jew is going to go against it:

55:8 For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, saith the LORD.

The second teaching is Rabbinic:

"The Torah speaks in the language of men."

It is none the less true when God speaks of Itself in terms of existing as it is true when God talks about It's mouth, hand, it's heart or its anger and so forth.

Creationism vs. Evolution: 

They're Both Wrong

In my video: Does God Exist, I spoke about the errant conceptualizations ob both those who argue that God exists and those who argue that God does not exist.

Another argument that gives me a good case of the chuckles is the argument about how old the universe is conducted by those the atheists and the theists.
