Israeli Mother and Activist for Families Lori Shem Tov is in jail for over half a year for battling the Trafficking of Children.

Lori Shem Tov was put in Jail for caring about Children. Then she was placed in Solitary for Caring about a Prisoner.

In jail, it is said that she sought help for a Prisoner whose 7-month fetus died because she inhaled tear gas meant for another prisoner. The Prisoner was not taken for a therapeutic abortion. She could have developed Sepsis. Lori, it is said, contacted her lawyer to get help for the Prisoner and the story got to the news. For that, Lori was placed in solitary.

The judge at my trial told me to "worry about yourself" when I said that while we were debating the fine points of what I might have or might not have said, Children were being abused by Social Workers.
